Long-time fitness athlete and competitor, Corrina, has joined the team of personal trainers here at Get Fit At Home. Corrina is a registered Exercise and Wellness professional. She transformed her own life through embracing fitness and a healthy lifestyle 10 years ago. Now she strives to help others lead a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
Corrina’s approach is holistic and she firmly believes that a healthy, stress free life starts with a healthy body and especially a healthy mind. She is passionate about helping her clients feel great about themselves and the life they lead and works hard to help them gain more confidence and enhance their quality of life through exercise and a healthy balanced nutrition plan.
Corrina lives what she preaches and endeavours to inspire her clients to enjoy life and reach their full potential. She indeed has reached pinnacles in the fitness industry having won the National Association of Bodybuilding Amateurs (NABBA) Midlands Ms Figure Champion, European Physique Federation Figure Champion 2004 and other titles to her name in the Figure and Fitness categories.
